At Webcast, we understand how important it is to you that your Trackme unit operate smoothly and reliably. This section is designed to help you solve any problems you have in order to make the most of your Trackme Unit.

Non-Reporting of units of their location at the base station
  • Manually request location of the vehicle with the "request location button"
  • Check if the encoded information is correct


  • Multiple alerts from a single unit
  • Disable the alerts temporarily
  • Query if the configuration was set properly


  • Base Station software problems
  • Note down the error code shown
  • Note down the sequence of actions / commands prior to the error andcall us immediately.


  • Non-responsive units through mobile phone commands
  • Check if the encoded information is correct
  • Check the sim has credits (prepaid) of if the bill was paid (postpaid)
  • Call the GSM number to check if the rover has power
